Simple installation:
After measuring for your requirements, the panels are made to the exact size. This means installation is fast and achieved with just a drill and a few spanners with no wastage of material. If it is necessary to cut it, normal woodworking tools can be used.

New build or refurbishment:
The versatility of Panel Plus means that is not only ideal for new build but also perfect for refurbishment projects.

Optimal hygiene:
Nothing sticks to polypropylene. Resistant to disinfectants and detergents. You can thoroughly clean it quickly and easily with a high-pressure cleaner and a minimum of water usage.

Space saving & high insulation value:
The standard panel thickness is 51mm thick giving a space saving compared to conventional blockwork walls. The low thermal conductivity of the material and hermetically sealed air in the cells means no internal condensation is possible and a high insulation value.

A complete range of posts, channels and profiles are available. Every installation is different, therefore we specialize in manufacturing to your own requirements in hot dipped galvanized and stainless steel material.

Dry Sow & Service Accommodation
|
|
Panel Plus pen divisions can feature a row of vertical apertures to avoid the "closed in effect" which brings about an increased sensitivity to stress. These apertures also guarantee good air circulation around the animals as well as allow contact between boars and sows awaiting service. On request, panels can be supplied with a double row of apertures, one metre high.

|

Panel Plus pen divisions and gates are custom made to your requirements. We offer a full installation service by experienced fitters or we can supply in a kit form for self assembly. Fitting of gates is made trouble free with our unique hinge assembly. The hinge assembly allows simple adjustment for ease of installation.

Custom made galvanized steel posts and fixings make Panel Plus easy to install and suitable for many situations. The posts are simply bolted to the floor, which gives flexibility if pens need to be moved or re-arranged. For more permanent arrangements the posts are designed to be concreted in.
