Strap Hinge Gate

Our Strap Hinge Gate provides a practical and durable gate solution for pig housing and livestock buildings.

We fabricate each gate in-house to suit the required size and specification. The main gate panel uses Paneltim® polypropylene, giving a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to wash and maintain.

Galvanised steel strap hinges and other furnishings provide a robust setup for regular farm use. Adjustable eyebolts allow the gate position to be set during installation.

A drop bolt closes into a D catch to provide a simple and reliable securing method.

For longer gates, we can add stainless steel channel reinforcement where extra rigidity is required. This helps strengthen the gate while retaining the practical benefits of the Paneltim® construction.
